These Terms & Conditions apply to all Cache4 February events, including Windows 10 EOL Health Checks, Referral Programme, and Perfect Tech Pairings offers.

Windows 10 EOL Health Check
The free PC health check is available in-store only during regular business hours throughout February 2024.
No appointment is necessary; customers will be served on a first-come, first-served basis.
The health check includes an assessment of Windows 11 compatibility, security risks and performance evaluation.
Recommendations made during the health check are advisory only and do not guarantee full Windows 11 compatibility.
Any upgrades or new hardware purchases will be charged separately.

Referral Programme
The referral programme is open to both individuals and businesses referring new customers to Cache4 IT Solutions.
A valid referral is defined as a new customer who makes a qualifying purchase of hardware or signs up for an IT support service.
The referrer must complete the official referral form before the referred customer makes a purchase.Referral rewards will be issued as freebies, discounts, or invoice reductions, depending on the programme terms.
Referral benefits cannot be exchanged for cash.Cache4 IT Solutions reserves the right to verify and validate all referrals before issuing rewards.

Perfect Tech Pairings – Hardware Bundles
Bundle discounts apply only to specified product pairings available in-store during February 2025.
